We use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry, prepare a personalised proposal and manage the related correspondence. This includes your name, email, country, selected programme, preferred dates and participant numbers, and any optional details you provide. School and agency enquiries may include organisation and contact information.
Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible contract. For professional contacts representing a school or agency, processing also supports our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Sending this form does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
Storage and access
Your enquiry is recorded in the Academy website and Jetpack CRM and may be sent to our contact email. Authorised staff and technical providers supporting hosting, email and site maintenance may process the data as needed for these services. We retain enquiry correspondence for the time needed to handle it; contractual records, if a booking follows, are retained according to the applicable requirements.
Your choices and rights
Submitting an enquiry is voluntary. Required fields are needed to respond meaningfully; optional fields may be left blank. Please do not include sensitive information or names of minor participants.
You may contact info@leomilla.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
